Internet site at http://extranet.sun-diagnostics.com (“Extranet”)
and http://buy.sun-diagnostics.com, located on servers in the
United States, for the benefit of selected premium distributors. This Privacy Policy is designed to notify
you about how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personally
identifiable information that we collect on this Extranet (“Personal
Information”). In the event of a
conflict between this Privacy Policy and any other agreements that govern our
relationship with you, the terms in this Privacy Policy will apply to the
extent of the inconsistency.
Consent
Please read this
Privacy Policy carefully. Each time you
visit the Extranet, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and
processing of Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. In particular, if you are located in a
jurisdiction outside the United States, you consent to the transfer of this
information to our servers and computer systems in the United States, a country

Active
Information Collection and Use
This
Extranet actively collects Personal Information from you when you complete
online forms or otherwise affirmatively provide such information. The kinds of Personal Information this
Extranet may collect include your name, address, city, country code, post code,
e-mail address, telephone, fax number, shipping address, password and user ID for
the Extranet. The Personal Information
that we seek from you via this Extranet generally relates to you in your
business capacity rather than in your personal, family, or household
capacity. We can actively collect
Personal Information on this Extranet in different ways, including when you:

to purchase or request information about Snap-on tools or products. In this case, we may collect your name
and contact information, as well as shipping address, and information about the
tools and products that you are referencing.
· Request
an online newsletter or other materials or literature. In this case, we use the information you
provide to send to you the materials you request.
· Submit
questions to Snap-on. We use such
information to respond to your questions or provide the information
requested.
Passive Information Collection and Use
The
Extranet may passively collect certain kinds of information that reveal the
frequency with which you visit the Extranet, the times and dates of your
visits, the pages you reviewed, and other information. Information is passively collected through
various means. We use Internet protocol
(IP) addresses to identify server problems, administer the Extranet, and
compile aggregated statistics for marketing and research purposes. We use navigational data, including log
files and click-stream data, to identify information about your web browser and
operating system, and the time period in which you visit the Extranet or a
portion of the Extranet. This information
is used to administer the Extranet, improve Extranet content, and compile
aggregated statistics for research purposes.
Like many Internet sites, the Extranet uses small text
files called “cookies” that are sent to the hard drive of your computer to
store bits of information related to your use of the site. Cookies can store a variety of information,

disclose this Personal Information on Snap-on public websites for these
purposes.
We may also
disclose Personal Information to affiliated Snap-on entities that we use to
support our business as necessary to
fulfill requests for tools and other products, and to carry out other
activities related to the business and the operation of the Extranet. When we disclose Personal Information to
these third parties, which may be located in countries not providing an
“adequate” level of data protection within the meaning of the laws in your
jurisdiction, we require them to agree to protect the Personal Information and
use it only for the purposes for which it was disclosed.
We also reserve
the right to disclose Personal Information:

Snap-on reserves
the right to fully use, disclose, and process any information collected via the
Extranet that is not in personally identifiable form.
Access
If Personal
Information you have submitted through this Extranet, such as your name,
address, or contact information, is no longer accurate, current, or complete,
you may edit such data by clicking on the “Edit Profile” link in the left hand
column of the Extranet pages. For all
other inquiries of changes, or to exercise your right of access, rectification,
or to object to the extent such rights are provided under applicable law,
please contact us at eOrders@sun-diagnostics.com. We will usually be glad to update your Personal Information where
appropriate, but we reserve the right to use Personal Information obtained
previously to verify your identity.
DATA
Security
Transmissions
over the Internet are never 100% secure or error-free. As a result, we do not, and cannot,
guarantee the security, accuracy, or completeness of Personal Information. However, we do maintain reasonable
physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to protect Personal Information

a restricted-access Internet site for Snap-on distributors. It contains a variety of content and
functionality and may provide links to other Internet sites. Despite these linkages, or any references to
Snap-on at those sites, this Privacy Policy applies only to the Extranet. This Privacy Policy does not apply to other
portions of Snap-on’s internal network or to any external websites. Please note that you are solely responsible
for your interactions with external websites and third parties to which the
Extranet provides you access (such as by clicking on a link). Please note when
the URL indicates you are no longer on the Extranet, and read the privacy
policy of each website that you visit.
As required under Australian data protection requirements, we hereby
notify you explicitly that we intend to process Personal Information in a
manner that complies with the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act
1988.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We
reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time and in our
sole discretion. If the Privacy Policy
for this Extranet changes, the revised Privacy Policy will be posted at the
“Privacy Policy” link on the Extranet’s home page. In the event that the change is significant or material, we will notify
such a change by revising the link on the home page to read “Newly Revised
Privacy Policy.” Please check the Privacy Policy frequently and particularly
before you submit additional information via the Extranet. Your continued use of the Extranet
constitutes acceptance of such changes in the Privacy Policy, except where
further steps are required by applicable law. This Privacy Policy was
